UAB Ekotermija works out the draft basic prices of heat in accordance with the methodology developed by the National Control Commission for Prices and Energy, carries out the recalculation of heat prices and provides other services related to the pricing of heat (development and coordination of investment projects, verification of draft basic prices of heat).

We also undertake technical – economic analysis of long-term supply activities of regulated heat (15 – 20 years). Such analysis provides an assessment of:

• correspondence between income from and cost of heat supply activities, cost of regulated activities and their compliance with requirements, their optimum structure
• existing long-term liabilities to financial institutions
• borrowing opportunities
• heat price changes in the long-term perspective
• impact of investment projects on the price of heat
• other, where necessary
