Analysis of the heat demand of the Garliavos district heating system and solutions for the installation of heating facilities were provided in the study. Several technical options of heat production were analysed by providing for each option separately a technological diagram, arrangement, equipment layout on the plan of the plot of land, the statement of costs and aggregated investments. Economic evaluation of technical proposals according to the regulatory procedure for heating and regulatory conditions of independent heat producers was provided.
