Under the order of UAB Radviliškio Šiluma, the analysis of the current financial condition of the company was carried out by determining the main technical - economic performance indicators and the need for modernization of tracks. The need for investment in the track modernization project and the investment plan, financial flows, the risk and sensitivity analysis are presented in this paper. An application for the modernization of track is prepared for the submission to the Lithuanian Business Support Agency.
