Services were provided by carrying out the analysis of regulated activities, namely:

• The impact of planned investment projects on the comparable heat production costs to stabilise the price of heat in Jonava town;
• Determination of changes in components of heat prices of AB Jonavos Šilumos Tinklai calculated in accordance with actual wording of heat pricing methodology approved by Decision No O3-96 of the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices (hereinafter – the NCECP) of 8 July 2009 for the period of 2012-2017: (1.) Changes in tariffs under the current situation; (2.) Consequences of putting biofuel boilers into operation; (3.) Influence of independent heat producers under the current pricing; (4.) Changes in long-term debts; (5.) Releasing the assets of the pledge period; (6.) Analysis of compliance of the existing base price with costs; (7.) Other relevant tasks;
• Strategy of AB Jonavos Šilumos Tinklai actions.
