The analysis and overview of the current condition of the company was carried out in the investment project by determining the main technical - economic performance indicators. The influence of modernization project on the price of heat, cash flows was estimated and the project implementation scheduled was planned. Investments were coordinated with the National Commission for Energy Control and Prices, and an application for funding from the Lithuanian Business Support Agency was prepared.
