Review of state regulatory, legal, and economic incentives of the EU countries in the biogas production and supply sector for different areas. Assessement of the investment environment for the installation of biogas production and supply facilities in Lithuania, and investment demand for the biogas production, purification, quality improvement, and communications and infrastructure necessary for the functionality of the facility. Modelling of operating modes of the biogas plant and full operating costs, and calculation of biogas production and supply to the natural gas network. The results obtained were summarized in the conclusions.
