The investment program aims to enahnce the energy efficiency of the street lightning infrustructures in Kaunas District Municipality (Lithuania). The planned measures comprise: upgrade of approximately 10,000 lighting points with LED technology and upgrade of the infrastructure (lightning poles, lightning control, control swithes etc.).

Development of modernisation technical alternatives (Investment project preparation)

Preparation of public procurement documentation for ESCO model (technical specification, contract, criteria and methodology for supplier selection, fines mechanism etc.)
