By the order of Lithuanian electrcity transmission system operator (LITGRID) and electricity distribution system operator (ESO) we have evaluated electricity cunsumer's potential regarding the ability to control their power usage when participating in the market and technical requirements for DR providers and network operators.

The results of the Study will be discussed with other Baltic States' electricity transmission operators, and will be used constituting element for flexibility market development in Baltic States.
